Rod Darch
Chairman
Before founding RDA Consultancy in 1993, Rod Darch held a number of executive and managerial positions within large multi-national companies and family-owned businesses. This involved the improvement of existing systems as well as the development of new ones. He oversaw progression of the companies, constantly demonstrating visible results. With over 25 years experience designing and implementing business systems and change, Rod decided to capitalise on his skills and began Rod Darch Associates.
Now in its 18th year, the Consultancy has adapted within the ever-changing business world. Rod has successfully completed a wealth of training including general management, quality and environmental management systems, health and safety standards and lean manufacturing.
As well as his own successes Rod has also ensured the success of his clients, two of whom had their ISO14001 registration projects selected by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance for use as case studies for SMEs. Also a further two clients have been finalists in the Dorset Environmental Excellence Award.
